How to export activity log: All Updates / Popular. Without using a plugin

Hello,

I would like to pull some data out of Confluence and make some statistics about the usage of the tool. Who are the users creating the most of spaces, what kind of spaces, pages, etc they are creating.

I was looking at the Activity tab, and that would actually be a good start. The only problem is that I do not know if it is possible to export it ? And if yes, how ?

I added the print screen of the view I would like to export.

I'm afraid it's not possible to export only all updates from the confluence. You can check out the following plugin which might be able to help you:
