How to export the Confluence User's Guide to a Server

I have a server running on Confluence 6.11. My question is, how can I easily copy this confluence documantation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/get-started-777010817.html to our internal confluence server. I don't want to provide the user with any external links and I want to be able to exit the document to meet our internal needs. Why didn't confluence make this art of "copy" available in the first place.

Since Confluence 5.5 Atlassian is not longer providing XML exports of the complete Confluence documentation.

However Atlassian is still providing PDF versions of their documentation. You can find these and the official statement here.
