How to find parent page from attached file link?

I have a download link to an attached file, in the form below.

I need to be able to access the parent page (the page to which the file downloaded by the link is attached).

How can I find the parent page from such a download link?

Hi Zac,

The number after attachment is the page id.

You could try this url: http://server/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=123456789
