Hi, our team is working on a federated search project that needs to combine search results from different sources and rank them.
I used "rest/api/content/search?cql=text~computer" to get the search results of searching computer on Confluence but can't find any information of ranking/score in the search results.
I tried to get an understanding of the ranking mechanism using "explain.action?queryString=computer" and extract the score from it, but this website only returns an HTML page instead of an JSON object and there's only 10 results in it. Also, "explain.action" doesn't support CQL so it's not helpful.
Is there a way to retrieve rankings from Confluence CQL search results as an JSON object without a limit of 10 results?
Thank you.
Hi Nix,
i couldn´t help with your API question, but maybe this solution will help you: iFinder Conflunce Search is in the Marketplace and its an Enterprise Search technology integrated into Confluence with the option to connect further sources (like file share, jira, o365,...) in that search. . Let me know if you have further questions in that case or if you need further information.
