How to give reference or link for Sub heading in any page
My page is as below
Heading 1 : Defect
Sub heading #1 : component
Sub heading #2 : assignee
Sub heading #3 : status
Sub heading #4 : priority
Heading 2 : Epics
Sub heading #1 : component
Sub heading #2 : assignee
Sub heading #3 : status
Sub heading #4 : priority
Heading 3 : Story
Sub heading #1 : component
Sub heading #2 : assignee
Sub heading #3 : status
Sub heading #4 : priority
Heading 4 : Sub task
Sub heading #1 : component
Sub heading #2 : assignee
Sub heading #3 : status
Sub heading #4 : priority
Now i want to refer for each of the sub heading m let me know how can i give reference to all Sub heading

By referring each sub-heading, do you mean you want to use the link of this sub-heading in a different page or listing it in Table of Contents (TOC) in the same page?
In the first former case -
In the latter case -
Create a TOC using a macro and you are good to go.
Or do you mean something completely different? Please elaborate your question.

But I would like to use link of Subheading entirely outside of the Confluence page means providing that link in my Status mail to team

Yes! It is possible. You can use the link from step 2 in your email. Or copy the link address of any sub-heading you need and use it in your email.
