How to link Confluence to Jira in a subdirectory to use in "Insert JIRA issue/Filter"

martin.haitsma November 25, 2020

We have Jira server running in a subdirectory; jira.ourcompany.com/jira

In the application link we configured the Application URL as jira.ourcompany.com/jira

When we use the "Insert JIRA issue/filter" widget, it will show the Jira title etc. However, the link will point to jira.ourcompany.com/project-number instead of jira.ourcompany.com/jira/project-number.

Within the Jira (filter) macro, could you ensure the right Jira connection is selected:

Other options:

1) if you select the 'Recently Viewed' issues and click 'Insert', do you have the same issue?

2) If you select "Create New Issue", does it work? Is the new issue created in Jira?

I don't have an option to select a Jira connection.

1) Works!

2) Creates an issue in Jira. However it is not added to the Confluence page
