How to make active the button Fullscreen on Youtube player?

We are intagrating video on Youtube but the button "Fullscreen" is not active. 

How to make the button active?

We have Confluence version 5.5

This was raised as a bug and closed as "won't fix". I really think it should be re-raised as an enhancement request.
