How to move filtered table from one page to the other page ?

Need is to create table out of filtered results from the base table and create jira issues from it

There is an open ticket related to your question.

And here is a workaround if the base table is a common manually created table, you are using Table Filter macro and you are on Confluence Server (not Cloud):

• Edit the page.
• Filter the table in page edit mode.
• Copy and paste the filtered table.
• Save the page.
• Create Jira issues from filtered copy of the table.
