For example, when users search "XYZ", I want to pin certain pages so these pages are more easily discoverable by the users. Is it possible?
@Jiaming Zhang Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you asking about Confluence in general, or specifically about Questions for Confluence (the application add-on owned by Atlassian)?
If you are asking about Confluence, there is no ability to pin specific pages to search results. The system will return results based on previous searches in order of relationship based on previous user's clicks, but you cannot specifically pin a page at the top for specific search terms.
Hope this helps. And let me know if you intended for this question to be in this collection so I can make sure it is in the correct space.
