How to reinstall Confluence with the same licence?

We have a licensed Confluence Server instance with 10 users.

However, this instance was totaly broken down.

We want to rebuild the instance with this licence.  What can we do?

Hello Yue,

To re-install Conlfuence, you can apply the same license to the production environment, you would not need to have an additional license. Please do retrieve your existing license key from https://my.atlassian.com/product then reinstall Confluence. While prompt with the license key, paste your existing license in it and you're good to go!

You can reuse the same license. There’s no “smart” checking if the license is in use on another machine or anything.

If you don’t have backups, I suggest you rebuild on a new machine so you can try and recover the files/database or something.
