How to restrict access to confluence

The two administrators who created my confluence site, has left the company. Therefore, we don't know who or how to restrict access to certain user. Who can to do this for us?

Besides for answering your immediate inquiry, you will need to transfer ownership of the Confluence instance. To do that, follow the steps on this page:

It is not a painstaking process, but you will have to prove ownership of the space to transfer admin privileges to a new user.
