How to set/load value and make as link and readonly when i select from dropdown?

Hi,

 

Here is my request, i have one dropdown with list like Google,Facebook.

When i select Google, the google link value has to set to google field with link and readonly, before submit.

 

How i can achieve this?

i mean the field with clickable link before submit
