How to set up a document space like atlassian document?

Dear all：

I want to set up a help document space like atlassian help document center.

demand:

1. version scrolls,manage and author multiple versions of the documentation in a single space

2. custom header: just like:

Should i buy the theme or plugins? Any suggestions?

Atlassian uses the Scroll Viewport addon to modify the look & feel of their document spaces. Extremely flexible & powerful. There are some themes delivered with it, some can be found with uncle google/github/bitbucket...
