We want to be able to have dates we add to Outlook Calendar also get shown on our Confluence Calendar

I'm pretty sure this is not possible in Confluence by default.
We offer an addin that allows you to show & edit all kind of Outlook Calendars (personsal, Shared Folders, Rooms, etc).
It is very similar to the Atlassian Team Calendar, it just loads the data from the Outlook calendars.
