How to sort the added shortcuts?

As the tree of articles in a space is gone, is there a way in which I can determine the order of the shortcuts? At the moment they are sorted in the order they were created. And am I right that adding them there makes them visible for all team members?

At the same time, can I move tabs (e.g. "Blog") to the very bottom?

PS the [...] box doesn't seem to do anything when clicked. What am I doing wrong?

I don't think he was talking about keyboard shortcuts. It’s actually about the shortcut links you can add to the boards. It would be good if Atlassian gave us a simple option to sort or reorder those shortcuts the way we want.
