How to stop email notifications in Confluence?

I have disabled my personal settings from being able to receive email notifications, but still am receiving bulk emails. How can I stop email notifications from Confluence?

Hi tess.campbell@apa.com.au,

You can disable most of the notifications from particular pages or space.

-->Click on your Profile

-->Go to Watches Option

-->you can click on Stop watching for the page or space you don't want to receive any notifications

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
