How to sync only particular users from jira to confluence user-directory

Is there any way / plugin that allows me to sync only user's to confluence of a particlar role?

Ok would also be a plugin that allow's me to copy user from jira to confluence.

Currently i'm using jira 4.4.4 and confluence 4.1

Jira is configured as base user-directory with authentication via ldap and confluence sync's all of them. I would like to get syned only some of them as mentioned...

Hi Marten!

As far as I know all users will be synchronized.
However you can select some users to be part of the confluence-users group. By doing that, just these users will be allowed to login into Confluence.
