I have checked the instruction upgrading-confluence and it is all about downloaded installer which is not applicable for our case.
We are using a web version of Confluence which has a customized URL (https://confluence.xxx.xxx.xxx.com) with a EC2 host created on AWS.
Is there any instruction on how to upgrade it to latest version. Someone reports us the vulnerability of our current version 6.7.0. We would like to upgrade to higher version to fix this.
Thanks!
Hi @Gordon ,
You can find all the confluence server archives here and download the version you want to
https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download-archives
the link you have upgrading confluence is pretty much the instructions to upgrade the app. if you want to upgrade manually you can follow these instruction - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-manually-255363437.html
Also for AWS there are also CF templates for datacenter version -https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/data-center/aws
Let us know if you still have any questions
Hi,
if the installer doesn’t seem relevant, please look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-manually-255363437.html - this should help.
