How to upload an add-on from my computer?

Hi there,

I just registered for a trial, and have troubles of installing an Scroll Viewport add-on from my computer.

I did a little search in the community, apparently my trial is Cloud, so when I upload add-ons, it only provide one option: upload from an URL.

I saw the comments in other questions says a JIRA Server Installation is needed, but did not know how to do it.

Does anyone know how to upload add-ons from my computer?

Hi, Elsa.

You should be able to install the plugin from  Manage add-ons page. You may navigate to the following URL and install the plugin:

• https://your site name/wiki/plugins/servlet/upm/marketplace/featured?source=side_nav_find_new_addons

But in the Atlassian Market, there are a bunch of scroll add-ons except the Scroll Viewport add-on.

Which one should I install to build a help center for customers?

I'm afraid Scroll Viewport add-on is not available for confluence cloud
