How to we get Adaptavist Themebuilder Custom CSS to work?

We just installed Adaptavist ThemeBuilder, and one of the things we are trying to get working is the Custom CSS part of a skin.  

(We have Confluence 5.5.2, and ThemeBuilder 5.1.5.

We can find no evidence that the Custom CSS is loading at all in a space that uses the skin.

Hi,

I believe Adaptavist Support answered this, and the solution was to check that you are saving the changes using the little disk icon above the skin names tree.

Just in case anyone else needs similar help
