I am entering correct answer in the quiz but it keeps telling me wrong

For the quiz I am entering right answer but it keeps saying wrong and not going to the next question.

Hi - Thanks for the response. I was taking the 'Maintain pages in confluence space' quiz as below. I am having issues with the second question, no matter what option I select, it is throwing an error as 'Wrong answer' and I cannot proceed to the next one. Kindly check the below pic and do the needful.

What quiz are you talking about please? Are you doing a certification or some training? Would you be able to share a screen?
