I can’t login in
Do you use an email/password to log in to your Atlassian ID, or do you have an SSO-enforced login?
If you have trouble logging in with your own email/Atlassian ID, just reset your password (check the spam folder as well, you should receive a noreply@atlassian.com email)
For SSO-enforced profiles, you need to go through your IdP.
Try logging in from incognito/private mode browser or clear cookies/cache, sometimes that helps.

Are you sure that you are using the correct credentials? What browser are you using? IF you are using Chrome have you tried logging in via incognito mode, sometimes the if you are logged into the browser then it will use those credentials.
