I am receiving this error when installing new plugins - what can I do?

I am not able to install new plugins, I get the following error:

The system attempted to connect to http://jira.burntapps.com:8090/rest/plugins/1.0/pending/15fc1381-aff5-4810-b068-ff41ada2bd29 to retrieve the status of your operation, but failed. This may indicate a problem with the base URL configuration of your instance. Try refreshing the page to see if the operation completed, and see the UPM documentation for more details about this error.

I have already verified that this is the correct based URL.

Its a bit tough to understand the cause of your issue without analyzing the logs. We highly recommend you to send this query to our support channel in order to get the appropriate support on this issue.

Just to confirm again, please double check if your server base configuration on your JIRA instance "General Configuration" exactly the same as how you access it. For example, if you access it trough http://jira.burntapps.com:8090 then you would need to configured it as http://jira.burntapps.com:8090 at your "General Configuration" page.
