I can not log on to confluence, either with Edge nor with IE (Chrome not available/permitted).

Cookies are allowed, not blocked for both Browsers.

Does the webseite open when you are entering with the Atlassian URL? I would also recommend to use the FireFox Browser as Edge or IE have some difficulties with the Confluence Cloud.

Yes the website opens, but when I try to logon with my registered account, there appears an error "unexpected error has occured". We are not able/allowed to use Firefox or Chrome. We have no admin rights to download any apps on our own.
