I can't add new users to Confluence

It says "You are not permitted to perform this operation.". But I am the guy who pays and who is the admin. How can we solve this problem?

Hi Ali,

This message means that your user is not in in the confluence-users group.

Access your Confluence as a local admin, and then make sure to add your user in the confluence-users group. For administrations tasks, be sure to insert the user on confluence-administrators as well.

If the issue persists, go to Confluence Admin > Global Permissions, and make sure that those groups have the proper permissions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Global+Permissions+Overview
