I can't find "Configure Sidebar" botton

How to me to pass into "Configure Sidebar" for each of Spaces?

It looks like that space is using the Documentation theme which does not have the option for configuring the sidebar (usually Space Tools in bottom left, then Configure sidebar). You can change the theme by clicking on the Browse menu in the top navigation bar, then Space Admin > Themes.
