I can't seem to edit pages I've created and own. What is wrong? How do I contact administrator?

Can't find a link to contact Confluence Admin for help, so asking here...  

I need help with my account.   I can't seem to edit any pages that I'm supposed to be able to including ones I've created in the past.

Welcome Atlassian Community!

 You need to contact the person in your organization who is in charge of Jira and Confluence Cloud in your company. Unfortunately, we cannot help you here.
If your company has Jira, you can try contacting your administrator using the URL:

xyz???.atlassian.net/jira/contact-administrator

Sorry,  I did not realize my local Confluence instance had re-directed me to this general Confluence Help Site.  I had thought my question had gone to an internal audience.
