Hi @Yue Zhang , welcome to the community. The first thing I would do is certainly check the status as the error message indicates. The next thing I would try is to access via a different browser or after some period of time. I would also check with colleagues to see if they're having the same problem.

Hi Jack, thank you for your reply, I have checked the status and it says all the functions of confluence is fine, and I also tried to access in the following several days but the status is the same. I am just building up this tool to present to my coworkers to use together, so I am currently the only one using it. And with this status I cannot access to my content anymore. Could you help me?
