I cannot run my pipeline because of 2FA

Hello, 

I have automation test repo that I want to run. Whenever I run the pipeline, it will fails due to the 2FA is enabled. I had never enabled the 2FA in any of my instances. I have checked for the 2FA status here, logged in as an admin and as a test users but is shows disabled

However, the 2FA is not even being displayed when I logged in manually and it is fine when running the pipeline locally. Anyone able to help?

Hi, I have a similar issue in Jira Cloud! 
I see that the date your question was added is November 10, 2024. Have you found a solution since then?
