Hi Shubhra,

 To identify what might be happening with your instance we would need some additional information. Is there any error you see on the login page or it's the default email/password incorrect? Do you run any authentication method apart from Confluence like JIRA auth, LDAP server? The user you are not able to login is the administrator one? If not, did you try to login as admin and reset it? If yes and you want to reset the admin's password follow below guide:
