I have a diagram attached to a Jira. How can I attach the same diagram to another Jira?

I use a draw.io plugin for Atlassian Confluence where I can click a button on the Jira and add a diagram to it. Now let's say I have another Jira, but I want to use the same diagram for the second Jira. Perhaps make some addition to the diagram and want it available to both Jiras. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, that's not supported. In Jira Cloud we have just added embedding from other cloud sources to the next release. That's the most commonly requested scenario.
