Melchior Pinto February 5, 2020

I have a multiple pages that I use the STATUS macro on multiple columns.

I want to create a Summary Report page that I can generate summary statistic on the STATUS's of these columns in the various pages

ie.

Page 1 - Status on Dev, QA, PROD  (each has many line items for different programs being developed.)

Statistics page should reports on ....

DEV - 5 in progress, 2 Completed, 3 Not Started

QA - 4 Completed, 4 In Progress, 10 Not Started

PROD - 4 Completed, 4 In progress.

How can I access the Statistics of these Status's

Please help

Thanks

Hello @Melchior Pinto ,

You can find the Table Filter and Charts app useful for your use case. You can aggregate data on different pages with the help of the Pivot Table macro and display these pivot tables on your summary page with the help of the Table Excerpt and Table Excerpt Include macros.

You can reach out to our support team in case you'd like to receive more detailed instructions.
