In confluence I have the warning:
"You no longer have access Support and Updates. Renew online, remind me later or never remind me again."
This is wrong. I have renewed the support and it is valid until february.
So Why do I get this warning?
Hi @licensing_esoledad_net Does the license you renew is the commercial license renewed from Atlassian or Atlassian partner, if it's commercial and datacenter one then you should not get the above warning, check in the troubleshooting and supported tool section detail about this warning and create a ticket with Atlassian support to get further help
