I have created an API token and configured the chat agent with the Confluence site URL 'https://nestle.atlassian.net/wiki/home' and space IDs 'support' and 'Doc', but the chat agent is not working after configuration.

  • Space IDs: support, Doc
  • They are not giving any correct response.

Please check and help.  just verify my details.

Added the API token correctly.

Is this the correct base URL for confluence : "https://nestle.atlassian.net/wiki/home"

Or else?

Please check and confirm

The base URL s everything up to ".net"  e.g. my base is this:

https://splitdimedata.atlassian.net

Full Disclosure, I have NOT integrated CHAT myself -- but if it expects a full REST URL, you should expect it to look more like this:

https://splitdimedata.atlassian.net/wiki/api/v2/spaces

The URL you provided is for humans :-) ....   the base URL applies to your entire Instance and as I said it ends at ".net".

If none of this fixes your issue, make sure the USER ID for the CHAT intergration is YOUR USER ID assuming you created an API token for yourself.   A service Account for Chat would be a better solution I think.

Happy Chats!
