I have shared a space and fro anonymous access and this was working but now has stopped.

Access to n external help page i created was working and now I am getting "HTTP Status 403- forbidden" whenever i try to access the pages through a link sent to an external email

Space permissions are set to view and comment. Can anyone assist?

Can you try accessing the same page with your Confluence login credentials ? Are you still seeing the "HTTP Status 403- forbidden" error ?

This is to check if the Email link is appropriate or not.

Thanks Kiran, it always works with my credentials but if i send the link to my gmail for instance it will let me in.

Given that anonymous access is enabled, my expectation was that it would work.

I have links back to confluence all over our web pages and customer can access the information this way but, a direct link to a customer to a confluence page is where i think the problem will be.
