I'm trying to search for users who have permission, but some of them aren't, so I'm wondering what's the solution.

1. I wonder if there is a separate User Profile Update REST and if so, what kind of REST should I do.

2. If there is no REST that can be resolved above, what can be done

3. I'm currently using Data Center v7.19. Will upgrading to v8 solve the problem of not being able to retrieve users

aren't what? What permission do you want to check? Space level permission? General access to Confluence/Product license?
