We have customers from around the world, we would like to offer articles for confluence in 4 languages. Whats the best way to do it? Should we create different articles?
Have you tried setting up Google Translate? It works pretty slick, and the translation is probably good enough.

Hey,
There is no out-of-the-box functionality to do this in Confluence.
So you have few possibilities. On Server, I would recommend using the Visibility macro. With this solution, on the same page, you would have the 4 translations and you can decide to show them based on username or group. Really convenient for you, because you would have to do the update only in one place + you can share the same link for all your customers and they only see wat they need.
If you use Cloud or you don't want/can't to use an add-on, the best solution would be to create 4 spaces. It's less convenient for you because you need to juggle between the 4 spaces, and you need to share 4 different URLs, but for your customers, it would be "transparent".
I would not recommend creating only one space and 4 versions of each article in different languages, because it would create noise for your customers who would access versions of the articles they don't need to, except if you would restrict some of them; but it would imply to manage permissions in addition.
Let me know if it helps ,

Thank you for your quickly response.
Now, I cannot create 4 different spaces and connect it to 1 project for custiomer service, I use the cloud version, by the way.
Shall I create 4 different projects in Service Desk? :O There has to be an easier way
