Hello Mark - you are correct - according to the Marketplace, the referenced plugin is not compatible.
AppFusions' Dropbox in Confluence integration is however, and it was just updated/released (Apr 8, 2015) for compatibility with Dropbox's latest APIs (which required a significant update).
Email info@appfusions.com for an evaluation and will get you going ASAP.

Sorry for the late reply. Dropbox for Confluence was upgraded recently. It now works for the latest version.
