There might be a conflict if you are using a different account from within the same domain in that browser session. Could that be the case?
Actually it is!! So in our company we have two different tenant... Wondering how I can resolve this issue. Safari seems to work poorly compared to Chrome...

Make sure you are entering the correct credentials, otherwise you can always contact the administrator of the instance (if it is not you), as a last option you can contact Atlassian support

so I tried the same pw on Safari and it works. But Chrome, after it's not!
Also on Chrome, figma embedding worked but on Safari it's not...
