When a change request is logged, I want to send an email notification to the person responsible for approving the CR logged.

Also I want to include a button in which the person that will be approving the CR,
they will just click approve button.

Then it will send an email notification to the person who logged the change request.

Hi!  You can use Jira's built in Approval system to add an approval stage to your workflow.  Depending on your needs, you can specify the specific person(s) who are required to approve.

You can also approve multiple approvals in the workflow :)

For setting up an automation rule in Confluence, you can use a combination of "Change Request" triggers, notifications, and email integrations. This can be done via Confluence's built-in automation features or with external tools like Jira for approvals. You can also include custom buttons (e.g., using Confluence macros or add-ons) for approval, which will trigger the subsequent notification to the person who logged the request.
