I want to have a tabular format under "action items" in "meeting notes". I have added a table and in different cells have added tasks, assignee and due dates. But if I do that it does not appear under the assignee's tasks list.
The tasks only appear in the assignee's task list if task, assignee and due date are in a single statement. Please let me know whether there is any way we can achieve this.

The easiest way to add tabs is with a free plugin like Spectrum Formatting Macros. There are also paid plugins that provide this fucntionality as well like NaviTabs and Composition.
