I want to show changes made to a page at the top of that page

I have a very long page that I update regularly. I want the watchers to know when I change something, so I'd like to post a list of changes at the TOP of the page.

You could use the macro /change history on the top of your page to get the list of all the version of your page. But If you have a large number of modification, you should maybe use this macro inside an expand macro to allow user to expand the section to this the history of modifications.
