Could you open a story to implement a way where it's possible to add columns to the Page Properties Report or update existing information from the report page and automatically transfer the updates informtion to the original page?
Hello @Kristin Schmidt ,
I can suggest our Handy Status to update information across several pages in the Page Properties Report macro.
You can create custom dropdowns and reuse them across pages. This brings data consistency as all users can reuse the same options if needed.
These Handy Status dropdowns work both, in the page view and edit mode. So your data entry becomes faster.
You can also synchronize Handy Status with the page label to add and update it automatically. Use this functionality to easily create Page Properties Reports based on the certain value or to search for the particular information.
All the changes that you make with the Handy Status (including those in your Page Properties or Page Properties Report) can be tracked with the Handy Status history. You will see the date, time, and user who has made changes.
We don't have the functionality of adding more columns to the Page Properties Report though. The best way I see here is still to navigate to the source page and add a row to the table in the Page Properties macro.
You can try Handy Status as a part of Handy Macros for Confluence for free on the Atlassian Marketplace. If your team is up to ten users, the app is completely free now (even after the trial period).
Best Regards,
Elena
