After copying a page and making any changes to the original page, those changes will not reflects in the copied page.

Hi @Nivedita 

depending on what you want to do with your copied page - you should have a look on include page macro. If you want to show the same content of a page on another site which should also change if you change it on the original page ('mirror' content/page) this would the right solution for you.
