If I have a linked (thumbnail) docx on a confluence page, is it possible to auto export it to PDF?

Hi @Aoife Corbett,

If you added the docx using drag-and-drop you get the litte thumbnail in the editor. This will always be exported as an placeholder image no matter which PDF exporter you are using (Default Confluence or the more advanced Scroll PDF exporter).

However if you use the 'Office Word' macro the document is embedded and displaying text both in the page view and in the export - don't expect high quality output here ... it is really basic.
