Image Failed to Load in Confluence Cloud

When I upload OR view uploaded images to Confluence Cloud, they don't display and I get an, "Image Failed to Load" error. 

How do I resolve this? I've tried re-uploading as a different file type and clearing cache but it doesn't work.

Do you mind sharing a few more details about your environment and doing some additional tests?

• Could you confirm if the timezone on your account is matching the same timezone on your local machine?
• Which browser are you using?
• In case the files mentioned were uploaded with the Brave browser for example, would you be able to try uploading the files through the Chrome browser for example, and then checking if you are able to see the images now?
• Other users, have the same issue seeing the same images uploaded, or are they able to see it normally?
