Images are not displayed

Hi!

The user does not display images. Only icons from them (screen). There's nothing wrong with the rights. Others see the images.

The user tried to log in through other browsers and through incognito, but still sees only icons.

Tell me, please, what could be the reason and how to fix it?

Maybe the images are not attachments to the current page, but e.g. links to images on another page or internet site where the user does not have access.

Yes, only one user. But I looked through his account (admin rights), everything was displayed for me. It's probably not about confluence. But I don't understand how to fix it.

Can you tell me what it means in the attachments section? When editing the page, there are attachments.
