Hello, looking to see if anyone has recommendations or potential solutions for allowing general users to create JIRA projects and upload issues into JIRA (via CSV files) all from within Confluence (similar to what is shown on this link -> https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CCLI/pages/30703792/How+to+allow+users+to+import+Jira+issues+from+Excel+or+CSV.)
I would just use the solution referenced but I am working in a JIRA server instance and Confluence Cloud instance and cannot use those tools within the Cloud version. My solution needs to be able to have users define variables (to define project to upload, etc), upload a CSV file and then take all this data and populate the JIRA project). Are there any other plug-ins / applications that anyone would recommend to accomplish this task with the mixed environment I am working in? Thanks!
Hi @Casey Wassom,
We can recommend you to use our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.
The Table from CSV macro will help your users to create Confluence tables from .csv and .tsv Jira files. You'll be also able to filter your Confluence tables, make pivots and create charts.
@Katerina Kovriga _Stiltsoft_ thanks for responding. I looked into your solution and it doesn't appear to be what I am looking for. I clarified my question to be more specific. Thanks!
