Import Space gives me an error but no details. What can I do?

Tried to import an exported backup file, but it gives me an error.

The backup file was created by confluence cloud - a bit while ago, though.

What can I do to import my space?

Is there anything I can do to import this?  This is very important data to me. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it even possible if I send this backup file to Atlassian and find out why I got an error?

Where are you importing from? Server to cloud or cloud to cloud? If server which version do you have?

Cloud to cloud. 

Used to use Atlassian cloud service and created a backup like 2 years ago and now trying to revive old stuffs back to life.
