Importing CSV file

Hello All,

I had to import external projects, and i have a tickets dumb in the .xlsx file format.

I have chosen " Import from comma Separated from values(CSV)" file format

Data are filled in the Japanese language in the file, hence we unable to import the project in jira. Could you please suggest us to import the file.

.xlsx is an Excel format, and binary based so you won't be able to import from it.  You need to save the file as a CSV (comma separated variable) format from within Excel.

Problem is when i save the file as a .csv format, inside data are mismatching (Japanese) language is not supporting.
